1.    How long have you PERSONALLY been in the Contracting Industry?
*Even if the company has been around, it doesn't mean the person knocking on your door has!!!

2.    Is your company fully insured and are your subcontractors also insured properly?  ASK FOR DOCUMENTATION!!!
